HI

I was wondering (as I had some weird issues with some photos recently), what is the best RGB setting to have your camera set to ??

Adobe ?? sRGB ??

Your help is appreciated.

Thanks
Gary

this has always confused me too but i was told shoot in adobe and convert to sRGB for web publishing

sRGB for web or other programs which are not colour managed and for sending your 7x5 snaps off to asda, jessops or anywhere else that uses fuji frontier type machines

RGB for printing at home and for sending to places that are colour managed

Loxley is a Pro lab - sRGB for them and their recommendation for capture for their printing is (not surprisingly) sRGB too

sRGB for web too

Fine Art with a fine art printer Adobe RGB - fine - otherwise... sRGB is the commercial colour space

loxley use fuji units hence the sRGB

I shoot sRGB in-camera when shooting JPEGs, and keep it right through to the printers (especially as I use Loxley!!) When shooting RAW, always save in sRGB for web and print too.

Unless you get really anal about colour space, sRGB is the way to go...
