Which Table Top Tripod

Can anyone recommend a good sturdy table top tripod? I’m not really looking for a small travel tripod more of a one that will cover heights of about 20 - 30cm (ish) high. I currently have a Joby Gorillapod SLR Zoom but I sometimes find it tricky to get into a stable position especially with a bigger lens and flash attached.
I’ve had a look and I’ve found these.

Manfrotto 709B for around £28
Trek-Tech Optera 230 £30ish
Trek-Tech T-Pod £40
Sprint Mini ll GM £50 (just seen this on another thread it is possibly a bit too big for what I’m wanting but I might get one anyway in addition to getting a smaller one)

Does anyone have any of these and would they recommend them?
I’d like the tripod to be stable enough to do some long exposures for those days when I don’t want to have to carry my full sized tripod but primarily though I want it for some table top indoor macro stuff.
The max weight it will be supporting will probably be a Nikon D300 + Grip, Nikon 24-70mm and a D900, which I’ve just weighed and they are 2.9kg.

Slik Mini Pro III with Ball Head.

I have just bought the above from Warehouse Express its on offer for £21.99.

I still have the Mk1 which does not have the Ball head just a fixed Tripod thread the newer one comes with a Velvetine bag.

Top Notch Build have a look its a little Cracker.

Thanks I hadn't seen that one, I think I will probably end up with the Trek-Tech T-Pod as mentioned by f1charlie.
I'm also tempted to get the Sprint Mini ll GM which is bigger but with its adjustable legs it will cope with uneven ground better therefore it might be useful for me when I go to music festivals and want to do some low light stuff.
