Which tripod ball head??

I'm after a ball head for something im working on, only needs to be able to hold a canon 580EX flash.
But i dont want anything too expensive, I checked out Redsnapper as i guessed that would be one of the first suggestions but I could only see 1 there, at that was just shy of 50 quid. I dont really want to pay that kind of money.

I had a browse on eBay and found a couple from those chinese sellers, one was less than a tenner, is that going to be worth a punt or will I regret it and wish i'd bought something better?
Any advice guys and gals?

It certainly isn't the cheapest you can buy but I think it will serve you better than an ebay no-name cheapy.

Thats too far out of my budget really, but it does look good!
