Which upgrade ?

Hi folks ,
Recently started with my first DSLR , 2nd hand 10D . Having bought it fairly reasonable and starting to get the hang of things I am now looking at upgrading the body but which one ?
I am commited to canon as have 28-70mm 2.8 sigma , canon 70-200 f2.8 and tamron 200-500 and nifty fifty .
Alot of photos will be indoors ids and animals , but also try my hand at wildlife .
I am considering 50D , used 5D or could just about stretch to 7D if I save for a couple of months ( and dont get tempted by any lenses !!)
Can anyone give a concise pros and cons and whether my shortlist is even sound thinking

1Dmk2 - 3 would be best in my opinion, followed by 5D, and 7D. 50D has by far the weakest autofocus. For anything moving it should be 1-series. 7D can be very demanding on glass and people report noise issues.

Thanks for that , probably confirmed my gut feeling that the 7D wasnt for me and that a 5D was the better option over the 50D . Just have to see if any money left when get back from hols now - unlikely the way my missus and kids get thru it
