Which wideangle zoom for Nikon D7000/D90?

I want to progress and do some landscape/scenery photography as a change to wildlife but it means that it is at the opposite end of the scale and I will need a wider lens.
With offerings from Sigma, Tokina and Tamron which one would be the best value for money and the which the best for IQ etc?
I would more than likely be buying second hand and would like a wide angle zoom. My budget is around £200 for second hand.

May struggle on your budget, I didn't think much of the Tamron 10-24mm when I tried one, not tried the siggy's so can't really comment on them. The Tokina's are all pretty good, they do two versions of the 12-24 f4 and 11-16 f2.8 but most seem to be over £200 I think the 11-16mm is the better of them but prices seem to be north of £250 used. The Nikon 10-24 is good, the Nikon 12-24 f4 was the one I preferred but is fiercely expensive (both Nikons are expensive).

Thank you, I have seen the Sigma 10-20mm and the Tokina 12-24mm bit for around the £200 mark second hand but there seem to be loads of options of other focal lengths. Before I take the plunge into this area I just wanted opinions of users as to which to go for. Heard Tamron is not quite there yet with the wide angle end.
 
My sigma 10-20 is tack sharp on my D7000, I really enjoy using it.

Never shoot a wedding without it in the bag, especially in small venues where space is tight.

P.S there's one for sale on the Nikon page, if you can put up with a bit of aesthetics you could have a bargain!

There's actually two but ones much cheaper than the other.
 
Got the sigma 10-20 myself and it gives great results. Most seem to go for a bit more than £200 though, think I paid £250 on here several months ago.
