which wireless shutter release gives best range?

I've a Yongnuo (YN-126) wireless remote (on a Nikon) which gives a range of 100-200m (not that I'd fancy leaving my gear that far away thou 
) but does work quite a distance (thanks to my other half standing close to the camera)

Yongnuo RF 602 for the 500D works fine for me but I can't say I have ever left it any geat distance.
