I got one that I bought for my 30D, it still works.

Or just get a used one. It's a very simple thing.

I saw that one, but it doesn't say anything about the MKIV ?

Have a cheap Yongnou and a Hahnel, depends what you need. Hahnel has timer functions. The one above is the old infra red type.
