White headed blackbird???

Had this visitor in the garden today.

It wasn't staying around long so had to grab a quick pic from inside the house through the double glazing.

Never seen one with a white head before.

Are they common?

Obviously it's more common than I thought, and through a number of different species.

Commonly known as "piebald" too, I believe.

It's seems quite common in Blackbirds for some reason.

I photographed a leusistic juvenile Great Spotted Woodpecker years ago.

There's one nr where my parents live but it's whole head is white, it's like a mini bald eagle lol
