There are a few ideas rolling round but I wont say lest it prejudices your answers....

It is not a trick question....we genuinely don't know and would like ideas..

I recognise the face, but just can't place it yet... doesn't look like either Ronnie Wood or Rod Stewart to me! *Wanders off for a think...*

Im actually thinking i have seen him in a film rather than as a singer. Trouble is i cant think what the hell the film was !!!!!!

Tried it on Tineye - nil results, beats me !

For info Tineye is a reverse image searcher, upload an image and it will search the web for similar images. Still in beta at the mo but sure to grow.
