Just a quickie, I've recently upgraded my laptop, and Opanda iexif just won't work on the new one. :(

My old machine was XP, with a version of firefox that was a bit old and all was good.

The new one is windows 7, and the latest version of firefox (3.6?).

I have a feeling it's the new firefox that's being difficult, does anyone have a solution, or failing that a (free) alternative? Cheers!

I had the same problem in W7, couldn't get any of the opanda iexif stuff to work. I ended up downloading fastviewer for the desktop and just searching for a new addon for firefox.
 
I'm on FF 3.5.8 win7 and Opanda is fine here. Maybe I'll leave 3.6 for a while :)

If you find an exif viewer for the latest version of Firefox, Jim, could you post it up please.
It's a damned nuisance having to swith to IE to read the data.

I find the latest Firefox a little faster than the previous version. If it was not for that I'd go back.

I will post it up when I get home. It was the 1st one when I searched addons. Its very simple but gives you all of the info you need.
 
Ooooh, cheers guys (especially the link in Mike's post)! I now have a functioning exif viewer, and I think I prefer it to opanda anyway! :thumbs:
 
Us IE8 users are always willing to help folk with lesser browsers!
