if you want to avoid that then sky unlimited is a good bet.

I would avoid any ISP that offers an "unlimited" plan as it could mean people hogging bandwidth and slowing things down for everyone else.

The end effect is the same as using an ISP that has a "throttling" policy.

Both are bad news.

ive never seen any slowdown to be honest. sky do have a HUGE network capacity.

I'm very happy with Be There (O2 are the same). Never noticed any network congestion and they don't throttle/traffic manage.

Download - 9.6Mb/sec
Upload - 0.99Mb/sec
Ping - 26ms.

Decision has been made ,am gona jump ship on the BB front ,going to give Talk Talk a go ,they reckon they can do better, i'll give them a 30 day trial and see what happens if not happy i'll try someone else again

I could run faster than that. Get on the 'bone and complain, I doubt they sold you a service that bad.
