"Wide-angle" filter holders

I shoot landscapes with a Canon 17-40mm f/4 L on full frame using Cokin grads. However I can't use the lens at 17mm as the filter holder is visible giving a vignette effect until I zoom in to about 20mm or so, which makes having a 17mm lens pointless. Are there Cokin holders available which will handle 17mm or will I be looking at more expensive Lee filters? I wonder if the Cokins themselves aren't wide enough for 17mm and are aimed at cropped-sensor cameras.

I think you will need a Cokin Z Pro holder but also check the width of your filters

cokin do a wideangle version too which will be fine.
