Wide angle lens for Mamiya 7?

I have a Mamiya 7ii with an 80mm lens, but would like something wider for mountain landscape photography. I'm trying to decide between the 43mm and the 50mm, but can't work out which would be best. I currently use a 40mm on a Bronica SQ, which gives great results, but can be hard to compose with. My inclination would be to go for the 50mm, but I keep reading fantastic reviews about the 43mm, so am wondering if anybody has any advice?

Thanks Laudrup, yes I think on balance the 43mm is the one to go for.
