How wide? How non-massive is your budget?
Excluding fisheyes, the *only* primes wider than 20mm are the Canon 14mm f/2.8 (£1800) and the Zeiss 18mm f/3.5 (£1100). They're both very nice, but probably more than you were thinking of spending.
Now if you were after a wide-angle zoom, you'd have more options.
