hi I need a wide angled lens, a 10-20mm, or 12- 24mm,
I believe. a second hand one will be fine.
its only for work,to take pictures of my customers bathrooms, for my website.
the lens i have does photos no justice, the shots look crap. as I cant fit everything in.
hope someone can help.sam.
 
Hi Sam. I will have a Canon 10-22 for sale very soon if this is any good?

there's sigma 10 to 20 in 2 versions, a tokina or two and 2 tamrons
they are fun to use, and for property get a tripod too, so you can use 100iso and f16 so lots in good focus and clean files

I've the Sigma 10-20mm and it works very well for me and I'm very pleased with it.

If you look at the Flickr account below, these photo's were taken with it for my mate who's a joiner, should be perfect for what you're after doing...

The alternative to spending money would of course be to shoot lots and merge them, In fact if I was wanting to do what you want, I'd use my iphone and photosynth to create a scrollable panorama. Just an alternative way of looking at it.

hi phil, cheers, I don't have a modern phone,let alone a iphone,
ive had a few modern phones,but they didn't last 10 mins, so went back to me old rubber mounted bullit proof Samsung.
anyway phones are for talking, we should all talk more,lol.
my lens is just to big, and don't know how to merge them,
im new to this so little steps,

I have used the 10-22 to good effect with interior shots for a builder I know. I will post some up.
