The eye-fi pro cards handle raw files. I use one with a compact for work - handy for instant review on the larger tablet or laptop screen, and for quickly adding into a report.
I have a Transcend one - works pretty well with no issues.
I think there was a recent update for it that allows it to handle RAW files now. They may not be the fastest things going but at least you can view images on iPad etc.
