I'm using it on Windows 7 64 bit it also works on 32 bit windows 7 no problem at all.

You'll have no problems - you may even see a slight improvement in performance if you've upgraded from Vista. I did.

Just one thing. Make sure all your drivers are fully updated - especially your graphics card driver.

Also be aware that some of the CS4 suite isn't 64bit native.

When installing it on a 64 bit machine you'll also get BOTH versions 32bit and 64bit.... Its also worth noting that a lot of plugins ( ONOne etc do NOT work in the 64 bit version so you'll have to open the 32 bit version to use them...

As said ,yes, but I recommend you download from Adobe's site to ensure you have the latest updates rather than use your disc. Also remember, you need to remove the licence from your current set up before you upgrade to W7. (The licence allows you to run CS4 on 2 machines)
