Will i use a 55-250 after buying a 70-200

Guessing quite a few have gone the route of upgrading from a 55-250 to either a 70-200 f4 L non is or is model.

After making this move has your 55-250 been just left in the bag?

Really thinking once I get a 70-200 I will never use the 55-250 again even though has that little extra reach.

personally i don't think you will ...... unless that extra 50mm is useful for you. I think the L lens will give better performance.

I sold my 55-250 to fund the upgrade to 70-200

Sell the 55-250 and buy a 1.4x convertor for when you need that extra reach.

You might miss the IS of the 55-250 but thats all..

Ive had both (well actually the 70-200 f4 IS) and am glad I went for the IS version tbh.
