I had this in another section of the forum but I've had no replies so thought i'd stick it in here to see if I get a better response. I'm interested in this system of mounting but can't find anything on google. Is there any similar mounting systems available in the UK? The system used produces really vibrant images. http://williamcarrgallery.com/euroflex.html
 
Apart from the mounting procedure, the printing itself seems to be very similar to almost all of the acrylic mounting places I have seen in the last couple of weeks.
Have you tried contacting them?
If you can put up with 4 holes in the photo, then there are lots of places which can provide that.

That said, jessops seem to have a no-hole mounting system (if you believe the photos on their website)
