The lighting is fine, but the expression on his face is a little cheesy.

The biggest problem, however, is the completely overworked eyes, and the lipstick look on the lips. Waaaaayyyy too much dodging on the eyes and burning (I assume) on the lips. Looks completely unnatural and total spoils the shot.

The skin work as well has left an unnatural patch where facial hair suddenly disappears.

Rework required imo...
 
Well the thumbnail is too small, and the full size isnt loading for me :(

Can you just post it again at forum regulation size? :)
 
Ah, loaded now.

I have to agree with the above comments, is totally overcooked and his eyes are totally unnatural. Some poor PP work on his face too, sorry :(
