I actually like #1, shows you don't need to fill the frame to get a decent image :)

Really?o_O You should come up here - they are one of the most common birds about at the moment.

Three good ones, Brash, but the second one is the best, IMO, by a good margin.

A photo with a left to right flow always looks best to me and number 2 has it.

The bird is a bit left of centre and is looking towards the right. The line of the beak and the top of the post are just right and there is somewhere for the bird to look into.

PS Every year it is good to see these, and many other superb birds, return.
