Windows 7 - Slow startup times (Event ID 100)

Hi guys,

In the last week or two windows 7 has been particularly slow when starting up (around 4 minutes I think) and I can't think why. Usually it's about 30 seconds or something.

So I checked the Event Viewer to see if I had any errors and turns out there are a few. I get a critical error every time windows is booted like this:

Then I get an Event ID 200 and 3 x Event ID 203 to do with PNRP Service Dll, Peer-to-Peer Services and MsMpSvc when shutting down.

Any ideas? I know a bit about computers but this is too techy for me.

K m8, I saw this "FriendlyName Superfetch Service Host" in your post above and thought it might be the problem but it might be the diagnostic program instead.
