Windows 7 Start Menu Query / Advice ?

Hi all...

Just a quick query regarding windows 7

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to to create a folder to put in the "All Programs" list of your start menu?

I'm not just talking about pinning items to the main start menu.
This pic should clarify what I mean, if It sounds unclear.

In Vista all I had to do was left click on start menu button / orb, explore all users, programes, then I could create a folder and it
would appear on my "All programs" in the menu, is this poss in Win 7?

Slightly diff to the one I have, (mine didnt come off the deviant art site either) cant remember where I got mine as it was a week or two back now.

After a quick google found the same one here: http://www.thoosje.com/windows-7-wallpapers/Windows_Seven_Glow_1024_768.jpg

this size is 1024 x 768 but other sizes available there
