Windows explorer

I dont know if anyone can help?
But every time I go to "my documents" I get this message & explorer reboots.

Also Microsoft windows shuts down after a couple of minutes.
I dont know if anyone can understand what is happening but any help is greatfully received.

same error code so it has to be a memory access error of that type

sorry i can't help any more - never come across the windows explorer thing before
