North England Winter's coming

There's nothing that I like more than getting out with my camera at the weekends but I hate the thought of it and myself getting wet. Now that the winter weather is here what locations do you use. I've loads of places that I want to go to in summer and I'm excited about the thought of some landscapes with snow on the ground as long as it's dry but what to do when it's pouring with rain.

Nice idea but there's no way I'm going out in Yorkshire with one of those on my head. I look bad enough in my flat cap [emoji6]

Just buy appropriate warm waterproof clothing, get out and enjoy. You spent your first 9 months or so soaking wet[emoji6]

I don't mind myself getting wet so much. It's more the camera I worry about.
