Im trying to sort some new phones for the house and office, ideally I want something where someone could press the doorbell and then it will ring through to the phones around the house.

but im not too keen on the deisng plus I would want to have an answer machine as well and these dont seem to have that function. One option is to buy one of these and then a couple other phones that have that function however im unsure as if they will all work together.
Any reccomendations?
It does say 1.88GHz DECT technology with GAP which is a good thing?
