Wireless trigger/shutter release for 6D

is there anything that will double up as a remote shutter release AND a wireless trigger if linked to an off camera flash out there for the canon 6D?

I use Yonguno RF-603 wireless triggers. One on the hot shoe of the camera, one on the flash gun and one in your hand to trigger the shutter. Works perfectly for me on my D3100! I'm pretty sure they'll be compatible with your 6D but not 100% certain. Got mine from Amazon think for 4 (comes in twos) they were around £50-60.
