err, yeah... I have found that this works...

Volunteer to do a couple of household things that you like doing (or least not like doing). Ironing is one I'm okay with - not too arduous and you can watch TV (your choice of channel) whilst doing it. Basic shopping is another. Only take 1 hour per week and you get to pick up the stuff you want to eat or at least not too many healthy things.

The point is that having agreed to do a couple of things, you are relieved of having to do loads more - disagreeable things - and you can say "well, I contribute around the house don't I?" when challenged about being a lazy b****d.

I used to wash and iron my work shirts, until I found out that the dry cleaners would do it for £1 a shirt. That's a no brainer. Nice images of the inside of the flex.
