Am so pleased, my 40D has been away to be fixed, and is now back and fixed up good as new 
Had the dreaded ERR-99 code kept popping up with every lens/card/battery combo! Was apparently the shutter mechanism, that and the focussing screen have been replaced.
Much as i love it going from a gripped 40d to my old 350d was pretty painful for the last 4 weeks lol
