Wordpress-How to get my blog back?

Hey all, I have changed the landing page on my site to be a welcome page rather than the default blog page.

Now I have started writing my blog I want it to be displayed on the top menu but I can't see how to do it. I have created a new page but can't see how to get the blog displayed on that page. The blog and the pages sections are different.

Can anyone suggest a way to get around this?

It's usually in settings -> Reading, and the top two settings.. You need to create a page for your blog, then the posts should show up.

If you struggling, I don't mind logging in for you (with a new admin account, that you delete afterwards) and taking a look
