Wordpress/NextGen Gallery problem

I was uploading images to my site last night no problems at all, I have just been trying to do some more and it wont upload anything, when it trys it comes up with this error

I cant find out what it means, anyone got any ideas please?

The problem seems to go back awhile and was never resolved here:

Thanks Elizabeth, I ended up deleting my site and restarting, I couldnt find anything about it. Cheers for looking
