World War 2 Collectors.

Wasn't actually sure where to put this one!
I managed to get a rather good deal in a charity shop last week and it turns out I've picked up a tripod from World War 2. After doing a bit more digging and reseaching, I've found out that not only is it rare, but it's also considered to be quite a collectors item.

Does anyone know where I could sell it? It's not really that good at being a tripod, I haven't even tried using my camera on it incase I mess up the screw or break it.

Beautiful tripod in all honesty. I'd rather just use what I buy haha. It would be a bit like using an E-Type Jag for the daily school run.

I don't really have any need for it!

I've seem a couple of these for sale in the past. I think they go for about £10-£15.
Your not going to be able to give up work........

You used to be able to contact places like the Imperial War museum and they could often put you in touch with experts or help you find more information on what you've found. Don't know if they still help with that sort of thing these days or not.
