Worlds smallest working camera?

[AndyWest]

While in Ripley's in London on Sat i came across this camera which is supposed to be the smallest working camera of it's type in the world!

How do you take macro shots with a camera like that?

I made a camera from a film pot, still got it. You can make a camera out of anything really and make them as small as you want, the problem is getting the tools to make something that small.
