They would work after a fashion but I'd strongly advise against them. They consist of a series of different sized tubes that screw together and then an EOS mount is screwed onto each end. The action of screwing the parts together releases aluminium dust from the threads and some will inevitably get into the body and onto the rear element of the lens.
