Would you sell this lens?

OK I've got a Leitz Canada 35mm f2 lens.

with a small crack in it, see below

I took some pictures with it today wide open at f2 and all the stops all the way through.

here's a picture taken with a Leica CL at f2 250

Now to replace this lens with a good one would be in the region of a thousand pounds, it looks like it takes good pictures still... Bearing in mind I'm not well off and inherited these cameras and lenses from my Father.

The question is would you sell it?

nope, I'd get it repaired first if possible, if not then it'd probably sit in a cupboard for years

I'm inclining that way too. Its the only M mount 35mm lens in his collection, though I do have a Jupiter 12 with an adaptor, so I could use that instead.
