Prices look good and they offer unlimited bandwidth and disk space.

The website is annoying though as it automatically executes a script for "live help" every time I leave the site :bang:.

My advice.. be cautious and try to speak to some existing customers.
 
yeah I use them and they were very helpful actually when I was transferring from my old ISP. I used to use Lycos but they closed their webhosting service and were rather difficult in getting my domain transferred and Justhost helped me along the way.

Never really had any website issues either. Had one or two issues with my email when setting it up and their technical dept were once again quite helpful.

No complaints from me up to now.....
 
Just moved to them after my old hosting company decided to do a runner, So far so good. They were recommended to me by a friend who has used them for a couple of years.

Did you sign up with them in the end? Any other opinions on justhost?

I'm looking to switch hosting as gradwell have had their last chance and these days only seem interested in voip customers.
 
Im still with them and gotta say so far so good. Any problems I have had have been quickly replied to via email and got me sorted, and I must say these were problems I was having not problems due to Just Host.

So all in all no complaints so far :)
 
Just come across these guys and interested in setting up my own webiste. So going to give the thread a bump to see if anyone else as experience with them.

Appart from the extra domain names, is there any difference between the standard and premium hosting packages?
 
I would recommend eUKhost for hosting,

I've gone from their basic package (copper) to their gold package, and just upgraded again to a VPS.

Every time I've had a problem (usually cos I've cocked something up, or just plain don't know how to do something) I've got on to their live chat and they've fixed it there and then.

No complaints at all from me!
