Wyedean - My first rally

Thanks for the feedback. The weather was a nightmare. I do feel relatively happy with my photography but pp lets me down especially when the lighting has be tricky.
 
3 is a nice Shot.

Anthony is right about a little bit of PP ( i'm no expert ) But i feel the above example has been sharpened a little too much.

I'm very much still learning but I really only do rallying, and I don't have the best gear for it. But I find TV(shutter priority) helps as the light is constantly changing..
 
Yeah, the mud looks a bit odd, but the main thing is lightening it and a bit of contrast makes a big difference.
I kept looking at my pics and wondering why they didn't 'Pop' so have started tweaking the contrast and brightness.

Dont beat yourself up or worry ,light was dreadful and was a day for record shots ,mate ,last year was freezing but light was fantastic and results were great.

This year ,I took some shots but enjoyed the action more.

Am sure we will all do better on another day.
