x-rite colorchecker Passport - is Lanyard included?

My wife gave me one of these for Christmas and I was wondering if it should come with a lanyard (mine didn't).
It may seem petty, but if one should be included, then it makes me wonder if the product is not totally new, unused & unopened.
She bought it from wex online.

I bought one a few years back and a lanyard was included in mine. Have also checked on Amazon and the one they sell through Morris Photo apparently includes a lanyard.

Thanks guys - thinking about it, I would have also expected the card to be sealed - mine wasn't.
Angry call to Wex in the morning then!

In fact, taking an even closer look, the box is dented (ok, could of happened in transit) and the paper sleeve for the CD has a slight tear.

Very disappointed with WEX - especially as I am in the market for more studio gear in the next couple of months. No doubt WEX will not be on my list of preferred suppliers!!!!

Lanyard is listed as included on criteria website, and mine came with one.
 
Hi Gary, Mine came with one and it's still unused in the box after three years. If you don't get any joy with Wex, you are welcome to mine mate.
