Hardly do it all lenses with equivalent focal lengths of 75mm and 80mm at the wide end...
The cameras are quite different so you need to get to a shop to try them both... The lenses also have a 90mm difference at the long end too.

Both beautiful lenses, by all accounts. But only useful for portraits of for shots of things further away. These lenses will significantly limit what you can take photos of if you don't get a wider zoom as well.

@simonblue has both systems.
I shot motorsport with the X-T1 and 50-140 and found it very capable. It's a little short though but the release of the teleconverter will help. The 1xx-400mm lens will also be a welcome addition.
M4/3 is a very sharp system indeed. I dare say the new PRO lenses are some of the best available from any manufacturer. The latest FW from Olympus helped with AF-C but i don't think it's up there with Fuji's X-T1/X-T10 AF-C.

I could only give some advice regarding the Fuji as I have no experience with the E-M1.
Currently Fuji have 16 XF lenses for the X System and 2 XC lenses.If there was such a thing as a do it all lens then they seem to have made a blunder.
Now we are left with the choice of best compromise lenses. the 18-55 zoom & 55-200 zoom combined on the XT1 will cover a lot of circumstances. The 18-135 covers the most in a single lens option. None of those are the fastest lenses, not even the fastest zooms. None of them will go as wide as the 10-24. They won't do macro.
My personal choice for only one lens would be the 23mm prime, but that's because I know what I shoot. I don't know what you shoot though and you don't seem to want to give us that information, you say motorsport sometimes which to me suggests it won't be the main use? Without more information we cannot answer or even suggest options

I don't mean to be vague, I really do use my Sony for everything with one lens , I have tried a few other lenses with it but the 18-200 works best for me as a novice .My personal choice for only one lens would be the 23mm prime, but that's because I know what I shoot. Aye that XF50-140mm looks like a monster size compared to the rest of the XF range (constant f/2.8), there's meant to be a new XF100-400mm lens being released in the autumn this year.

Fuji XF 18-135mm is your one do-it-all lens for the Fuji X system.
unfortunately it'll be a bit short to replace your current 18-200mm do-it-all lens. You can look at adding Fuji's 55-200mm, it's pretty good and not too expensive. It'll also be half stop faster than your current lens.

,but i mostly use my Fuji system,plus i don't shoot a lot of stuff that needs fast AF-C
