Cant help with the case and never use filters, but I can recommend a Gordys wrist strap.
I have one, its leather and excellent quality. I got mine from a company called TripMan. heres a link

I use a Manfrotto Nano IV mainly because it feels more compact and protected when I throw that into my bag. My wrist strap is a Gordy's, too. Very nice and solid.

Hi, Can't help you much with regards to a case as I made my own and I don't use a wrist strap.
You may find it difficult to get the correct size of filters, but what I did was to purchase a lens hood and adapter ring from ebay about £7.00. (The genuine one is silly expensive). The adapter ring will then take 52mm filters etc which are much easier to obtain. Hope this helps.
