There will be plenty of parts salvageable from the damaged engines. And there are enough Olympus engines around the world to be able to put together at least a couple or more given the will and money. There will be no shortage of offers to donate an engine or two I'm sure.
They say the engines are beyond repair but I expect both of them can ultimately be repaired with a complete strip down. Damage is usually confined to the compressor and turbine blades and stators, all of which can be replaced given a supply of replacements. It's a major job though.
