Looks like a nice location and nice light for capturing the action.

As an aside, you really should update your on camera info with your details rather than the previous chaps and it looks like your sensor could do with a clean too!

do you know been trying to change camera info since i got it and have looked up on internet etc you cant change info on d3 once its in thats it!

have now managed to disable it so it does not show!

sensor yes am crap at cleaning sensors wish i was better always changing lens where i shouldn't!

That's not particularly helpful of Nikon that you can't change the info - there is afterall a healthy trade in used cameras!
