I had my cataract done about five years ago, but over the last few months, my vision has been deteriorating. To the extent, I thought there was a serious problem. The optician talked about the issue and recommended a private YAG person. I had that this morning and the difference to my vision is night and day. Every thing is so much sharper, brighter and clearer. The only downside is that the improvement has highlighted how bad the cataract is in my other eye now!
Anyways, if you need the procedure, and are offered it, take it!
