yellow incisors

Is it just me that finds that when taking photos of people smiling, despite the rest of their teeth looking white, the incisors and the teeth either side are yellowish?

Now I am taking more and more portraits I am finding it more of an issue!

Anyone know any goods ways of trying to prevent it other than not allowing people to smile? or is it just a case of trying to PP it out?

the human tooth really isnt white and the older you get the yellower...nothing to do with cleaning or smoking
do some very delicate lightening using the dodge tool...and keep it on the yellowish side
those really white teeth if not on an 8 year old...cost around 2500 and come out of a dentists practice

LR3 is really good for whitening using the adjustment brush.
