That is one fine shot Neil, colour and detail are superb. Just one niggle though, can you tone down the reddish blob to the top right of the bird as it competes too much with the main subject for me.

A lovely detailed capture Neil, however I am finding my distraction on the lhs of the image, and looks more prominent in the branch. The outside of the branch seems soft, then it looks like it comes into focus again in the middle and then back oof. Can you remember if there was any grass or similar in the foreground at the time Neil?
