A few from Yeovilton Air Day on Saturday, as mentioned in other threads the heat was extreme and the haze ruined about 90% of my shots but anyway ...

You mean I missed the chance of a lifetime .... seeing another Pentax owner?

Was using a Sigma 50-500mm OS .. the haze was really bad though, only 2 or 3 Typhoon shots were salvageable from the whole routine (likewise the Red Arrows)

Not many of us around, got the same sigma myself first go with it there, learning all looking through photos, what settings was you using on your camera I.e focusing modes

Some great shots, love the 109, very sharp, I was at Duxford and it was there too on the Saturday, mine isn't as sharp though. Too hot, too many wrong camera settings and into sun, very challenging for my first real go at an air show.

But on the bright side, Flying legends was a cracking event.

what settings was you using on your camera I.e focusing modes

AF.C, 5 point extended AF with focus priority.
