Dragon Fly images look a little washed out/ Over Exposed to me

could be my monitor though

I agree with Andrew, really like number 5. Number 3 the lighting seems to be a bit harsh, you could try diffusing it, if you weren't already? Number 4, it a shame the view is slightly blocked, as otherwise it is nice!

Edit: Just seen the comment from Les, yes they do seem like that on my screen too.
 
The blue is a little light for me- I shoot these insects a lot and mine seem darker in comparison

Took the liberty of editing in PS - CS5 a slight adjustment in Curves- seems to have worked on my Monitor

here is a small adjustment to mid slider in levels from 1 to 0.83

Think you need to calibrate your monitor much too dark, like most screen there set up too bright. May be just a little adjustment but not that much

Thank you :) I think I have put too much light (1-3) and did try some adjustment in Curves as well.............but on wrong way I am afraid :bonk: Will try again later :D
