Working with a 13” MacBook Pro display is difficult and although I absolutely love the portability and convenience of my new 2020 model compared to my 2015 15” I’m now in the market for a monitor to properly see detail across the whole image when doing my Wedding processing.
Space is not a luxury I have so I’m considering something like the Dell U2520D which is QHD as opposed to 4K. Would this be sufficient or should I be aiming for a 27” like the Benq PD2700Q? I’m not sure if these models have attributes which make them good photo editing monitors?
Or should I be seriously considering only 4K displays for professional work like the Dell P2721Q or the Benq PD2720U.
Any recommendations on budget friendly performance monitors much appreciated. Also built in hardware calibration - separate calibration or calibrated out of the box?
