This was my first time at RIAT and first time photographing fast jets. What an incredible experience. To witness the raw power and noise, brilliant.
I shot these with my D7000 with Sigma 70-300 4-5.6. Not the best lens in the world by any stretch of the imagination and seems to be soft on the long end. I'll be hiring out something a little better for my visit back next year for sure!
Here are a few from Sunday. For me, the cloud cover in the morning made the sky look a little bland. I'm after critique on these, and also if any catch your eye in my Flickr set if possible? Obviously they have been all shot in RAW and PP'd.
