I'm looking for wireless TTL setup other than Pocketwizard. I have 1 x D810 and 2 x SB910s. I don't use SB910 on top.

THe SB910s I've just purchased and will be used with umbrellas for now as I like the light from umbrellas for what I want. I'm concerened that CLS wont work propely as I don't have 800 commander.

I assume that I need 2 x YN-622Ns for the flashes and the YN 622 TX to be able to set different flash outputs on each flash?

If you twist heads to give the front of flash view of flash to camera body it should work! I've got a 910 and it works for me on umbrella stand
 
If you do decide, to go down the route of the Yongnuo's, then yes you are correct. Btw, they work very well, making it easy to make adjustments.
